In case you aren't in our discord, we recently announced that we were moving all of our billing payments to a new, credits-based, system.

We're making a big change to our billing system to give you more control and flexibility over your services. We're moving from our current subscription model to a brand-new credit-based system.

What This Means For You 

• Complete flexibility over your funds. We'll no longer automatically take money from your bank account. It's completely up to you when and how much you want to convert into credits.
• Automatic invoice payments will be handled using the credits you have in your account.
• Invoices are created one week before their due date. This gives you plenty of time to manually pay your invoice if you wish. Otherwise, our system will automatically attempt to pay the invoice with your available credits on the due date.

Important: Please make sure to choose the correct currency for your services when topping up! Credits are also not withdrawable from your account.
